• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return Process
To initiate a return, email help.glucoscan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
If your item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
